PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model for explaining acceleration of a particle charged by an electromagnetic wave by replacing the velocity of the particle charged by the electromagnetic wave with a model using a mechanical shape and gravity.;SOLUTION: The model of an acceleration cavity part of a linear accelerator for changing the acceleration of a particle charged by an invisible high-frequency electric field into a mechanical wave and expressing the acceleration by substituting acceleration by gravity and a change in restraint therefor, is characterized in expressing the acceleration by expressing traveling wave type acceleration as a surfing wave, expressing the acceleration of disk loaded type in a standing wave or in a super conduction acceleration cavity as a sinusoidal wave, or expressing drift-tube type acceleration in the standing-wave type as a wave having a horizontal part as apart of the drift tube, and thereby properly adjusting the timing of the movement of a ball moving on the mechanically formed wave and substituting for the charged particle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
