PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server system for maintenance service management and a maintenance service management system whereby time information attended with a visit can more quickly and accurately be notified to a center and the workability of management of a progress of the maintenance service can be enhanced in the case of a visit maintenance service.;SOLUTION: The maintenance management server system employed by the maintenance service management system is provided with a CTI server 101 and a management server 102 provided to e.g., a call center. The CTI server 101 receives information from a worker in charge of the maintenance service via a public network in compliance with the CTI (Computer-Telephony Integration) system. The management server 102 receives information with respect to the maintenance service from the CTI server 101 and stores it and updates the stored information with respect to the maintenance service when receiving the information with respect to the maintenance service from the CTI server. Further, the management server 102, when the stored information in itself is updated, allows another management server 103 provided to another site, e.g., a headquarter to update the information with respect to the maintenance service stored in the management server 103.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
