PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since the acquisition of the data of annotations or the display of annotation data on a display image in a consultation job terminal is performed by the central processing unit of the consultation job terminal, a time difference between terminals, for example, a time difference since the input of the annotations in the consultation job supporting terminal until the display of the annotations at the consultation job terminal is large, and immediacy is lacking.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a consultation job terminal 7 for performing a consultation job with a customer, a plurality of consultation job supporting terminals 17 for supporting the consultation job with the customer, and a shared application 502 which can be operated by the both consultation job terminal 7 and the consultation task supporting terminal 17, and the image of a virtual picture 200 being the performed result of the shared application 502 can be prepared.
