The commodity reservation information is transmitted to the PC terminal 11. In the PC terminal 11, the commodity reservation information is recorded in an IC card. In a CVS server 201, the commodity reservation information is read from the IC card carried by the customer, and the read commodity reservation information is transmitted to the Web server of the company A. In the Web server 101 of the company A, price payment information is generated and transmitted to the CVS server 201.
