PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work responsible person support method and work responsible person support program for assigning a request from out of a responsible section or out of a responsible area to a person in charge. PSOLUTION: A management server 11 extracts information for unaccepted work requests out of the responsible area of a work responsible person from an accepted information storage part 20 and an accepted detail information storage part 21. The management server 11 calculates the relative distance between the work responsible person and a customer from the latitude and longitude of a work responsible person terminal 13 and the latitude and longitude of the customer, and extracts information having a relative distance within a prescribed distance from the extracted information for unaccepted work requests. The management server 11 further extracts information necessary for the work from the information of the work request having the relative distance within the prescribed distance, and transmits it to the work responsible person terminal 13. The work responsible person selects a work request item from a work request list and transmits it to the management server 11.
