PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general office job entrustment work system in a corporate investment trust which eliminates transportation risk of a bond and the like, reduces an office job burden, and quickly processes the office job.;SOLUTION: In this general office job entrustment work processing method, an office job about business excepting management and storage of assets is carried out in trust for an investment corporation by a computer system. This method is provided with steps for: scanning document information of a document associated with transfer of the investment bond; performing OCR processing of the image data acquired by scanning; correcting recognition result data including letters unrecognizable correctly in the previous OCR processing step, and processing and managing the image data and the recognition result data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
