TIME-SPATIAL MULTIPLEX IMAGE APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREFOR

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire images of an object always in all directions to enable the quantitative time-spatial analysis of human body motions, etc. PSOLUTION: Many cameras are disposed with constant intervals in a circular (or annular) array and take an object located at the center of the circle to output image information from the cameras. The image information is stored frame by frame at a time series every camera positions, i.e., every point of view to form a matrix file. Based on the matrix file, points of view and positions on the time series to be reproduced are indicated to selectively read frames corresponding to the indicated points of view and the positions on the time series, thereby reproducing an image.
