PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault countermeasure support system for receiving elapsed supervisory tracking and a support request so as to be capable of grasping a recovery job or the like of a fault countermeasure person from a remote place, and to provide an apparatus for a support center, and computer software.;SOLUTION: The system comprises: the apparatus 1 for the support center; an apparatus 2 for a dispatching point; and a mobile communication terminal 31 for a person coping with a fault, and supports the person for coping with faults that copes with faults of a support target system 4 connected via a public communication network 5 or the like. The support center apparatus 1 includes: a function of registering phone information or automatically notified fault information for informing a scheduler of the fault caused in the support target system 4; a function of registering / managing information required for a fault recovery; a function of registering and utilizing the fault information; a function of managing the information with respect to the support target system 4; a function of confirming / recording / reporting the recovery of the fau and a function of transmitting / receiving the fault information and the fault countermeasure state to / from the mobile communication terminal 31 for the person coping with the fault.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
