PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system obtaining effects promoting health maintenance and natural recovery power such as a strong sweating effect, a thermotherapy effect, a weight reduction effect, a beauty effect and a healing effect by just lying on a bed or sitting on a stool made of pieces of flat bedrock or the like made of mortared tourmaline ore.;SOLUTION: Warming the tourmaline ore by floor heating at a temperature even not so high as a sauna bathing temperature allows activity of minus ions naturally generating from the tourmaline ore and the far-infrared effect to reach the maximum. Providing a room wider than that in the sauna bath to increase relaxation renders the aged pleasing.
