PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-calorie transfusion liquid agent for a renal disease patient, which agent is used in conducting intravenous nutrition for an acute or chronic renal disease patient, contains a saccharide/an electrolyte and an amino acid in a nutritionally favorable ratio, and can be safely administered.;SOLUTION: This high-calorie transfusion liquid agent comprises a saccharide/electrolyte liquid and an amino acid liquid. These two liquids are put into their respective chambers in a double bag. The partition between the chambers is made so that, when the agent is used, the chambers can communicate with each other. After the two liquids are mixed by causing the chambers to communicate with each other, the ratio (NPC/N) of nonprotein energy (NPC: kcal) to nitrogen (N: g) is 600-300.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
