PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a networking service control technology for providing a service requested by a user while utilizing a network by freely combining various network resources provided on the network or between interconnected plural networks. SOLUTION: In the adaptive networking service providing system (DANSE) 3 for selecting a network resource, which is required for the user to utilize the service on a multimedia network, corresponding to user request contents and the conditions of the user or the like and providing the relevant service, this system is provided with a search space/ search condition setting part 7d for generating conditions to be used for searching the network resource, a search condition decomposing part 7da for grouping the generated conditions (on the basis of respective characteristics) and a search space setting part 7db for setting a range to search the network resource by respective groups and the search space of the network resource is narrowed down.
