PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder for coextrusion comprising SBS, PE and a cografted polymer of a metallocene polyethylene and LLDPE, as a base, and to provide a multi-layered structure containing the binder layer and a product containing the structure. PSOLUTION: The binder for coextrusion contains (1) the grafted polymer of (A1) 80-20 wt.% of the metallocene polyethylene with 0.865-0.915 of relative density and (A2) 20-80 wt.% of non-metallocene LLDPE and 30-100,000 ppm (based on the mixture of (A1) and (A2)) of a graft monomer selected from unsaturated carboxylic acids and their derivatives. The binder comprises (A) 10-35 wt.% of the cografted polymer, (B) 40-60 wt.% of styrene/butadiene/styrene block copolymer containing 50-90 mol.% of styrene and (C) 20-35 wt.% of PE (the sum is 100 wt.%), and the mixture of the (A), (B) and (C) has 0.1-10 g/min of MFI(melt flow index), (ASTM D1238, 190C/2.16kg).
