PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbing material the arsenic adsorption rate of which is so improved that the arsenic of a very low concentration can be removed and which is handled easily during or after the arsenic removing work and exhibits excellent adsorptivity to arsenic.;SOLUTION: This zirconium-deposited fibrous adsorbing material having a phosphate group is manufactured by graft-polymerizing a reactive monomer having the phosphate group onto a macromolecular base material and depositing zirconium on the monomer-graft-polymerized base material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
