A plurality of upper shoe stones and lower shoe stones are arrayed in the cross direction of the arch rib in the rotary bearing bearing the half arch, and a rotating shaft rotatably connecting the upper shoe stones and the lower shoe stones is formed in a continuous one member extensively over a plurality of the shoe stones.
