PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Seigyu (literally means "holy cattle" in Japanese, a river water control structure) kit which has a simple structure to help a child to understand the basic structure of Seigyu by assembling the kit by him-/her-self, is suitable for PR of a traditional water control construction method, can be manufactured as a product at low cost in a short time.;SOLUTION: Black pencils 1, color pencils 2, stick shape erasers 3, scales 4, rubber bands 5, and clips 6 made of hard polyvinyl chloride are housed in a housing box 7. Those articles of stationery are put out from the housing box and the housing box 7 is used as a mount (river) and the black pencils 1 and the color pencils 2 are used as construction materials, the stick shape erasers 3 as gabions, the scales 4 as laying logs, the rubber bands 5 as annealing wires, and the clips 6 made of hard polyvinyl chloride as joints. These articles of stationery are assembled into Seigyu based on the assembling instruction attached to the kit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
