PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently utilizing waste white clay discharged as industrial waste from petroleum refining process, without requiring special treatment.;SOLUTION: The recycling method is for improving the penetration number of asphalt by mixing waste white clay used in petroleum refining process and containing petroleum components with asphalt waste.
