PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which the copyright of broadcast contents is protected in the system delivering the broadcast contents.;SOLUTION: The system protects the broadcast contents copyright and has: a broadcast transmitter 1a for the broadcast contents; a broadcast receiver 2b for the broadcast contents; a network monitoring device 3a monitoring the secondary contents of the broadcast contents; a secondary audiovisual terminal 4b viewing the secondary contents; and notice reception devices 5a, 5b recognizing the distribution of the secondary contents or the like. Electronic watermark insertion facilities 11a, 11b are provided in the broadcast transmitter 1a and the broadcast receiver 2b. Electronic watermark extract facilities 16a, 16b are provided in the network monitoring device 3a and the secondary audiovisual terminal 4b. Particularly, the broadcast contents are outputted through, an analog output or a built-in disk. Identification information is buried by using an electronic watermark having analog resistance.
