PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively deliver advertisement and propaganda data by narrowing down to groups having a common interest and concern.;SOLUTION: The system formed by communicatably connecting one terminal device, another terminal device and the advertisement and propaganda system through a communication network is utilized to perform transmission and reception of main data which is the principal of the communication between the one terminal device stored with the advertisement and propaganda data and the other terminal device. When the transmission and reception of the main data are executed or before or after the execution thereof, the advertisement and propaganda data is delivered from the one terminal device to the other terminal device so that the advertisement and propaganda data is received and stored in the other terminal device. When the advertisement and propaganda data is further received in the the other terminal device, the delivery completion data indicating that the delivery of the advertisement and propaganda data from the one terminal device or the other terminal device to the advertisement and propaganda management system is performed is transmitted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
