PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel for an OA floor, which uses genuine natural wood, is equipped with an adequate strength, can be easily attached/detached, prevents the occurrence of a step between the panels, and is prevented from being expanded/contracted due to a change in water content and temperature.;SOLUTION: This floor panel for the OA is constituted by laminating floor-surface finishing laminated wood on the surface of a rectangular plate-shaped floor panel body with a weight of 5-15 kg/piece, and a concentrated-load capacity (based on JIS A 1450) of 3,000 N or more. In the floor-surface finishing laminated wood, natural-wood sliced veneer of a thickness of 0.2-0.5 mm is stuck on the surface of an elastic lining material which is composed of a single sheet body having a uniform bending strength in any plane direction; a surface coating resin layer is laminated on the surface of the natural-wood sliced veneer; and a backside coating resin layer, which is composed of the same resin as a resin for a protective resin layer, is laminated on the backside of the elastic lining material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
