PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color changeable drawing board and a picture book which changes an uncolored line drawing to a colored picture, draws out the interest and the curiosity toward colors and line drawings with infants and accelerates a desire relating to the picture book.;SOLUTION: Partition plates 6 formed by binding one side parts of other end sides of a housing 5 into the housing are disposed in the housing 5 having an entrance 8 on one end part and a window part 7 on the front surface plate. At the same time, a slide plate 13 formed by binding one side parts of a line drawing sheet 9 in which the line picture 10 is drawn on a transparent plate and a color picture sheet 11 in which the contour has the same shape with the line picture and, moreover, the coloring 12 is performed in the contour together is disposed by intervening the partition plate between the line drawing sheet and the color picture sheet.
