PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a production plan for a product with good operability in a short time. PSOLUTION: The system compiles a production plan by setting a cycle calendar, allocating starting time for each process through a process allocating means by entering an order for the product through an order entering means and conducting stacking and leveling through a process adjusting means. A fine adjustment is made to the production plan by compiling the cycle calendar through a cycle calendar compiling means. The result of compiling the cycle calendar is reflected on the original cycle calendar when a predetermined condition of arrangement is met through a means for reflecting a compilation result.
