SOD CUTTER MECHANISM OF LAWN PEELER AND CONSTANT SIZE CUTTER MECHANISM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sod cutter mechanism and a constant size cutter mechanism of a lawn peeler uniformly peeling the peel surface of lawn in a straight-line planar state, simultaneously automatically cutting the lawn to a constant size and reducing a physical load or labor of an operator. PSOLUTION: An eccentric pin 9 is provided in an outer peripheral part of a rotating disk 8 rotating interlockingly with front wheels 5 of the lawn peeler 1. The eccentric pin 9 is fitted into a slot 13 of a movable member 12 which is reciprocated in the front and rear directions with a guide member 15. The constant size cutter 18 for cutting the lawn 2 to the constant size is installed in the rear of the sod cutter 3. The cutter 18 is reciprocated in the vertical directions in relation to rear wheels 7 through a cam member 19 and a hydraulic cylinder 20. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
