PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process in which in the injection molding of plastic, the temperatures of a resin passage in a mold and the thin surface layer part of the inner wall of a cavity are increased instantly, the solidification of an injected resin is prevented, and the fluidity of the resin is improved.;SOLUTION: The temperature of the thin surface layer part of the inner wall of the mold is increased instantly close to the temperature of the resin by the effect of adiabatic compression by compressing air in the mold immediately before injection to improve the fluidity of the resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
