PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device for a refrigerator cooling-type superconducting magnet device (hereafter referred to as a superconductive magnet device), which is capable of automatically judging whether the superconductive magnet device needs maintenance or not and precisely judging a time for doing maintenance on the magnet device.;SOLUTION: The monitoring device monitors the superconductive magnet device 50 equipped with a GM refrigerator 53, a superconductive coil 58, and an exciting power supply 74. The device is equipped with various sensors 70 to 75 creating state data, a terminal device 11 which is connected to the sensors 70 to 75 and has a communication function, and a supplier's processing device 20 which is connected to the terminal device 11 through an internet 12 and judges whether the superconductive magnet device 50 needs maintenance or not by monitoring the state data sent from the terminal device 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
