PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure which can maintain reinforced strength by ensuring lining so that mesh reinforcing bars do not float up from a floor plate and which can keep a high following property to the deformation of the floor plate without causing attenuation of prestresses applied to the mesh reinforcing bars. SOLUTION: When the floor plate 1 of an existing concrete bridge is reinforced at its lower surface with a reinforcing cover layer 4 including mesh reinforcing bars 5, a locking jig is used such that the mesh reinforcing bars do not make direct contact with the floor plate 1. Hence useless position fluctuation and deformation of the mesh reinforcing bars caused by the deflection of the floor plate 1 are prevented, and attenuation of prestresses to the mesh reinforcing bars using the taper of the anchor pin of the locking jig can also be restrained.
