PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for contributing to reliability enhancement of a position monitoring system, a car-mounted GPS transmission/reception system easily applicable to hardware of enhanced performance or substitute hardware in the event of supply stoppage caused by production cessation of a controller body manufactured by a third party, a car-mounted controller, a GPS receiver, and computer software.;SOLUTION: This car-mounted GPS transmission/reception system is equipped with the GPS receiver 22 and a wireless transmitter 11 for transmitting GPS position data from the receiver 22, and comprises the car-mounted controller 1 installed on a movable body 3.
