PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-precision distance measuring laser radar device capable of improving distance measurement precision without increasing a cost or causing lack of image information in the depth direction.;SOLUTION: The reflection light of pulse laser beam irradiation from an recognition object 2 is introduced into an ICCD camera 3 by opening an ultra high-speed shutter after a predetermined time synchronized with the irradiation, an image signal obtained by processing the output signal of the ICCD camera 3 is reproduced on a display part 7, part of the reflection light is introduced into an optical sensor by reflecting it from a half mirror 11, and the information on the distance to the recognition object 2 is obtained based on the temporal interval between an irradiation timing pulse representing an irradiation time of the pulse laser beam and a light receiving timing pulse representing a light receiving time of the reflection light by the optical sensor 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
