PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for easily manufacturing a vacuum vessel having a high degree of vacuum.;SOLUTION: Inside of a room is formed into the absolute zero degree, and a sealed vessel is assembled inside of the room with a following method containing processes a-c. A group structuring a sealed vessel is put into a room sealable by using an arm-like working machine, and the room is sealed (a). Inside of the room is cooled to a temperature close to the absolute zero degree by using a cooler (b).
