METHOD, DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR ANALYZING RELIABILITY BLOCK DIAGRAM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain highly accurate analysis by all patterns by accurately finding the reliability of the whole system by comparatively small calculation volume. PSOLUTION: In an analysis method for highly accurately finding the reliability of the whole system by comparatively small calculation volume, a reliability block diagram having many blocks is divided into slave block diagrams, the combination of normality/failure of each block is prepared, and only combinations in each of which a route from a start point up to an end point exists, probability values generating the combinations are added. A program and an analysis device can automatically analyze the reliability of the whole system by using the analysis method and inputting the reliability block diagram of the system.
