PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically loosen or fasten an inner cover, even if there is a large scattering in the inner cover, by fixing the inner cover with screws to the opening of the container neck through the wrench of the rotary shaft, in the condition that the axial line of the wrench provided at the front end of the rotary shaft is aligned with the axial line of the container neck. ;SOLUTION: The extended or contracted length of the second rotary shaft 32E according to the inclination of the second rotary shaft 32E and the third rotary shaft 32H and the extensive and contraceptive mechanism 32F is automatically varied to follow the inclination of the axial line P3 of the neck of a beer barrel 101 in which various angles are obtained by loosening the inner cover built-in in the opening of the beer barrel 101 neck by the wrench provided at the front end of the head, to enable the fastening of the inner cover in the condition that the axial line P2 of the wrench 32L provided on the third rotary shaft 32H is automatically aligned with the axial line P3 of the neck, even if the scattering of the quality of the neck and the inner cover of the beer barrel 101 is large. In this way, the inner cover screwed in the container neck is removed for maintenance and a series of works exchanging the seal ring to a new one can be automatized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
