PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller for operating a burning appliance or a burning appliance terminal and automatically transmitting the abnormality caused in the burning appliance or the burning appliance terminal to a gas company or a proprietary company via a network.;SOLUTION: A caption 1 indicates the remote controller to control the burning appliance or the burning appliance terminal.
