SILENT MODE RINGER TONE RINGING - TERMINAL CONNECTION SERVICE SYSTEM AND MOBILE TERMINAL FOR THE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a mobile terminal inform about the arrival of an emergency call in a silent mode.;SOLUTION: A service center is provided with: an authentication function; a trigger function for ringing a ringer tone independently of the setting of the silent mode of the mobile terminal; a guidance notice function; a caller ID replacement function; and a speech path replacement function connecting two terminals in addition to a call transmission and call function of a general telephone network. The service center replaces a telephone number of the information communication terminal making a call by using the caller ID replacement function and makes a call with a caller ID of the service center to call the mobile terminal. Even when the mobile terminal is set to the manner mode, the mobile terminal rings its ringer tone at the arrival of a call from a particular caller ID, and the mobile terminal can make a speech with the information communication terminal by a simple operation of depressing any prescribed key on a keyboard of the mobile terminal in response to the guidance from the guidance notice function of the service center after reply of the mobile terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
