PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strobe flash light emitting device whose flash exposure quantity can be controlled without raising the cost and a camera with the strobe flash light emitting device.;SOLUTION: This strobe flash light emitting device has an LCD 10 arranged in front of the strobe flash light emission part 7.
