PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting-receiving feeder connection deciding method, a transmitting-receiving feeder connection deciding apparatus, a signal turnover apparatus, and a measuring antenna in which the connection of a feeder is accurately and easily performed in a short period of time. PSOLUTION: The transmitting-receiving feeder connection deciding method for deciding the connection states of a transmitting system feeder connecting a plurality of devices and a receiving system feeder connecting a plurality of devices has: a first step of receiving a test signal transmitted from the first stage side of a transmitting system for checking the transmitting system feeder is received on the final stage side of the transmitting system, deciding the connection state of the transmitting system feeder on the basis of the received test signal for checking the transmitting system feeder, and transmitting a test signal for checking the receiving system feeder to the first stage side of a receiving system; and a second step of receiving the test signal transmitted in the first step for checking the receiving system feeder on the final stage side of the receiving system, and deciding the connection state of the receiving system feeder on the basis of the received test signal for checking the receiving system feeder.
