PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation circuit which enables satisfactory magnetic irradiation in accordance with the conditions of water in a water tank when the water is charged, the water is discharged, the water is charged and discharged at the same time or the water is stagnated.;SOLUTION: The circulation circuit is made in such a manner that a cylinder is vertically disposed in a water tank 1, is fixed as a collecting cylinder 2 by opening a plurality of holes 3 on the lower part of the cylinder, is piped so as to introduce the charged water from a charging pipe 6 and is connected and piped to a lifting pipe 4 inserted to the collecting cylinder, a pump 7, a device 8 for water subjected to magnetic irradiation, and a circulation and ejection pipe 9. A large portion of water charged to the collecting cylinder is introduced into the lifting pipe and, in the state that the charging of water is stopped, the water in the collecting cylinder is lifted. Therefore, the water in the water tank 1 flows in through the holes of the collecting cylinder in accordance with water level difference from the water in the water tank and is lifted by the lifting pipe. Even while the water is discharged from a discharge pipe 10, such states are maintained and the most part of charged water passes through the device 8 for water subjected to magnetic irradiation, is circulated together with the water in the water tank and is repeatedly subjected to magnetic irradiation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
