A supporting means 47 inserted in the throughhole 16 from the back surface side of the one side of mold 13 and abutting on the mating surface 37 of the other side of mold 36, first pressing means 68, 69 for abutting on the back surface side of the other side of mold 36 and pressing the other side of mold 36 and interposing the other side of mold 36 together with the supporting means 47 and a second pressing means 56 for supporting the back surface of the one side of mold 13, are provided.
