PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and reduce in size a mold structure and to shorten a cycle time by forming a ceiling portion of a cap at top ends of inner and outer cores, an inner surface side of its skirt portion at a top outer surface of an outer core, and inner and outer surfaces of the skirt portion at an outside cavity bush. ;SOLUTION: A cavity of a cap shape is formed of an inner core 21, an outer core 22, and inner and outer cavity bushes 23, 24. An outer surface of a ceiling of the cap is formed at a top end of a stripper pin 25, and an inner surface of the ceiling is formed at top ends of the cores 21 and 22. An inner surface side of a skirt portion of the cap is formed at a top outer surface of the core 22, and an outer surface of a skirt portion from a lower end surface to an annular knurl is formed at the bush 23. An outer surface of the skirt portion from the knurl to the outer edge of the ceiling is formed at the outer bush 24. Molten resin is injected to a cavity 81a of a cap shape formed by clamping the mold from a runner 21a of the core 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
