PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To systemize management items and to improve management efficiency by relating and accepting registered data of inputted main management items of a facility system and subordinate management items accompanying them, and expanding and displaying the registered data in a tree shape. ;SOLUTION: What item of temperature management, etc., in a building is confirmed in what flow is displayed in display form called a guidance tree 1. For the main management items 2, the subordinate management items accompanying them are registered in stages, so the guidance tree 1 is structure. Further, relative software 4 is registered and a comment 5 is also registered so as to generate detailed information on the respective management items 2 and 3.
