PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of execution of a work and improve the safety by a method wherein the weight of a continuous fiber feeding machine used for a reinforcing method wherein continuous fibers are mixed in a vegetation foundation and banking creation is reduced as for as possible. ;CONSTITUTION: A closed type bobbin case 6 having size larger than that of the outer periphery of a continuous fiber T wound around a bobbin 2 is fixed to the bobbin 2 and the outer peripheral bobbin case 6 and the bobbin 2 are integrally formed and brought into a cassette state. When the fiber T is taken out from the outer periphery of the bobbin 2, the fiber T is continuously taken out through a take-out port 9 as the fiber passes through the hollow part 5 of a bobbin core 3. Otherwise, the outer periphery of the bobbin 2 is covered with a stretchable net and the fiber T is taken out from the outer periphery of the bobbin through a gap between the bobbin 2 and the net with which the bobbin 2 is covered, and the fiber T is continuously taken out through the continuous fiber take-out port 9 formed in a cap 8 of the outer peripheral bobbin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
