PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base board or sheet surface cleaning device capable of certainly removing dust, etc., from a sticky rubber roll using a sticky tape roll of coreless type.;SOLUTION: The base board or sheet surface cleaning device includes a holding cylinder 7 which holds the sticky tape roll 6 of coreless type having a pinching edge 11 to protrude inward in the radial direction and is provided with a groove 12 at the outer surface, and inside the holding cylinder 7, one pair or a plurality of pairs of holding guides 14 each consisting of a first holding guide piece 15 having a recess 15b and a second holding guide piece 16 are installed along the groove 12, which allows formation a pinching shaft holding path and a tight attaching shaft holding path, and when the sticky tape roll is inserted into the holding cylinder, the cylinder is consolidated with the sticky tape roll by the resilience of a tight attaching shaft, and the pinching edge of the sticky tape roll is pinched by the pinching shaft and the sticky tape roll is held rotatably in a single piece with the holding cylinder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
