Provided are a device for extracellular potential measurement, a method for extracellular potential measurement using the device, and an apparatus provided with the same, which can easily and highly reliably detect minute electrical signal changes generated by a biological sample. This extracellular potential measuring device measures extracellular potential with high accuracy and high output, and is provided on a substrate, at least one well provided with cell holding means, and each of the at least one well. A measurement electrode for detecting an electric signal and a reference electrode are provided. The cell holding means is at least one depression provided in the well, and has a through hole connected to the cell suction means on a bottom surface thereof.
