TEST PIECE MOLD FOR CONCRETE STRENGTH TEST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece mold for a concrete strength test which can be easily assembled, removed from the mold, having no water leakage and can maintain the required dimensional accuracy.;SOLUTION: A magnetic base plate 20 can be installed in a predetermined position with a predetermined size by affixing the magnetic base plate 20 to a magnet 18 provided on the bottom 11a of a mold body 11. The position where the magnetic base plate 20 is placed is made watertight by inserting a sealing member such as an O ring 12 between the magnetic base plate 20 and the mold body 11 while maintaining the predetermined size. The mold body 11 can be removed with the magnetic base plate 20 by supplying a pressurized fluid from a fluid supplying inlet 17 provided at the bottom 11a of the mold body 11 to the magnet 18 so as to release the grip. The test piece mold can be manufactured to avoid the influence of flatness thereof caused by the fluid supplying inlet 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
