PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pollution of noise by detecting noise in the inner and outer parts of a noise generation source and executing alarm stepwise in accordance with the detected noise levels concerning a noise level alarm device and noise level alarm method. ;SOLUTION: Noise signals obtained by detecting the noise of the noise generation source N by a noise detecting means 11 are converted into plural step noise level section signals in accordance with the noise levels by a noise converting means 20 and alarming is executed stepwide by the noise levels by an alarm means K which is provided at least one of the inner or the outer part of the noise generation source N by the noise level section signals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
