RELATIVITY AUTHENTICATION METHOD AND RELATIVITY AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a authentication route and to easily construct a system.;SOLUTION: A user A creates a relativity description 100 added with relativity indicating the permission of access from information communication equipment AP1 operated by the user A to network dealing equipment AP2, an electronic signature SIG1 of the user A and an electronic signature SIG2 of the network dealing equipment AP2 and presents the relativity description 100 to a relativity authentication authority CAR which is a third party institution. The relativity authentication authority CAR verifies the propriety of each of the electronic signatures SIG1 and SIG2 included in the relativity description 100 and then issues a relativity certificate 200 to the user A.
