PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder adhesive strength measuring device and a centrifugation type adhesive strength measuring method, which measure powder adhesive strength increased by electric charge etc., and take a measuring cell out of a holding member in such a way that the adhesive surface of a receiving board turns vertically upward. ;SOLUTION: A centrifugal separator 5 includes a holding member 7 having a rod-shaped part 7a and a cell holding part 7b provided in the rod-shaped part 7a to hold a measuring cell, and the rotor 6 of the centrifugal separator 5 is in the form of a hole on a cross section perpendicular to its own axis 9 of rotation and has a sample installing part 8 supporting the holding member in such a way that the holding member can be fitted therein. The cell holding part 7b of the holding member 7 has a recess holding the measuring cell in such a way that the measuring cell can be taken out along the direction perpendicular to the adhesive surface of a receiving base 3, and also has a hollow part having one open end which is open to the outside and the other open end which makes with a part of the measuring cell held in the recess.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
