PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage the history or future design/plan and the like of a residence.;SOLUTION: In this unitary management service system, electronic equipment 10 consisting of a personal computer as a management means and electronic equipment 13 consisting of a personal computer as an information providing means are provided on a history service organization A. The electronic equipment 10 unitarily manages the residence history, future plan/design and work management from new building to repair by use of various pieces of residence information such as residence design/construction books and work management record for every customer's residence.
