PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generator circuit for supplying an operating voltage as low as an operating lower limit voltage to an oscillation circuit for oscillating and outputting to a device of the SOI structure having a historical effect, a clock having the same and an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The voltage generator circuit comprises a monitoring circuit 116 for monitoring a clock signal 138 output from a digital circuit 110 to a constant-voltage generator 102 for supplying the operating voltage to the generator 104 for supplying an oscillation output 132 to the circuit 110 including a frequency divider 112, for logically operating to generate a control signal 140 in response to the monitored result. The circuit 102 changes a constant voltage value to be supplied to the circuit 104 so as to stepwisely approach to a circuit operation stopping voltage VSTO in response to the signal 140.
