This invention, the artificial heart valve which consists of the support housing which at least has two valve , regards the especially heart bicuspid. According to this invention, the valve and/or the support housing, has had with the surface layer which surrounds the core and the said core, the core material, bigger hardness than surface layer and/or has had little bend extending strength. In order to produce this heart valve, the valve with surface layer inside the backing, is produced, as unit with at least 1 dipping processes to inside the liquefied solution the backing core is adhered next, by injection molding, after that, the valve core territory is adhered with succeeding dipping process, lastly, the valve with surface layer outside the backing suffering is stuck by succeeding at least 1 dipping processes, in this way and the object which formed is removed from dipping type.
