PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control the initial control value of a PID parameter to an optimum level by counting backward the PID parameter from both inputted control and manipulate variable patterns and based on a desired control variable pattern. ;SOLUTION: The control variable time series data which secure a desired control variable based on the information on the manual control of a skilled operator that is inputted from a control variable time series data input device 1 are registered at a control variable time series data registering part 2 as a numeric signal. Succeedingly, the manipulate variable time series data which approximate to a desired control response based on the information on the manual control of the skilled operator that is inputted from a manipulate variable time series data inputted device 3 are registered at a manipulate variable time series data registering part 4 as a numeric signal. Then the initial control value of a PID parameter is counted backward at a PID parameter initial control value calculating part 5 based on both control and manipulate variable time series data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
