PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a temperature of fluidized medium bed from a fluidized bed type waste material incinerator to a heat recovering section so as to perform a stable heat recovering even if a nature of refuse and a feeding amount of dust are varied and further to prevent a reduction of a heat transfer efficiency or a corrosion of the heat transfer pipe caused by mixing of unburnt char. ;SOLUTION: A burner 22 operated to stabilize a temperature of fluidized medium 6 is installed at a part of a connecting pipe 14 between a fluidized bed type waste material incinerator 1 and a heat recovering section 16 and then a temperature of heat accepting medium is stabilized efficiently. A load of a burner 22 is operated in response to a vapor temperature in a heat transfer pipe 15 and a temperature of the fluidizied medium 6 supplied to a heat recovering section, and a temperature of the fluidized fluid 6 supplied to the hear recovering section 16 is controlled to enable the vapor temperature to be stabilized at a set temperature. Since only the fluidized medium 6 supplied to the heat recovering section 16 is heated by the burner 22, its responding characteristic is improved and an efficient control can be performed efficiently with a less amount of fuel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
